The Skyline Chapter proudly presents
Fred P. Yates Award
The Skyline
Chapter of the VAD, in recognition of his leadership and advocacy,
established an annual Fred P. Yates Award
which will be awarded biennially. Fred P. Yates was the first recipient of
this award.
70 people attended the award ceremony at the Shenandoah Valley Club of the Deaf on October 28, 2005.
